Site Allocation Priority
Site Allocation Rules
Caravan Industry Victoria events are the largest, lngest running and most trusted caravan events in the country. As such, our exhibitors return to our shows year after year for continual success. This means that space is limited. So in order to be fair to all our existing and new members, CIV opperates with a Site Allocation (Invitation) Policy in order to create a fair and unbiased way of offering spaces to applicants in a specified order.
Please note as per the Association's Site Allocation Priority, longevity of membership & industry event attendance will be taken into consideration in line with the below:
1. Victorian members who are returning Exhibitors from the previous year's show of the same site location eg: Exhibitor of site 205 at Supershow in 2026 gets first right to rebook site 205 in Supershow 2027
2. Caravan Industry Victoria full members.
3. Interstate members who are returning Exhibitors from the previous year's show (accessories, industry related & tourism exhibitors only).
4. New interstate members (accessories, industry related & tourism exhibitors only).
5. Non-members who are returning from 2025 shows (accessories, industry related & tourism exhibitors only).
6. Non-members (accessories, industry related & tourism exhibitors only).
7. Members who have attended the most CIV events in the last 12 months, including expos, trade shows, member summits, AGMs, Hall of Fame Awards etc
8. Length of CIV membership.
9. RV Master participants
Due to changes in the site floorplan, it's important to submit your application NOW to secure your preferred location! While we do our best to accommodate your site preferences, they cannot be guaranteed.
The longevity and continuity of an exhibitor participating in CIV's events is valued. A member of Caravan Industry Victoria will receive first preference as returning exhibitors for a site, followed by Interstate Caravan & Camping Industry Association members, and then non-members.
Membership status will override longevity at all times. If a non-member has exhibited at a site for several years and a current financial Victorian or Interstate member requests the same site as a non- member, the non-member will lose any priority to it.
If an exhibitor has occupied a site in previous years and is a current Caravan Industry Victoria member or an interstate member this will usually lead to first preference on the site.
If for any reason, an exhibitor applying for a site chooses to move from a previous site they occupied and had retention rights, they will relinquish any rights to be reallocated back to their original site in future years.
The above guideline will not apply if the layout of the event and the grouping of market segments alter significantly, it will be at the discretion of the Association's Event Team.
Caravan & RV Manufacturers MUST be members of Caravan Industry Victoria
From May 2019, all Caravan Association shows became Member Only shows for caravans and RV manufacturers and dealers. This is to gaurantee to our visitors, and your customers - the very best quality and compliant products on the market. Members must meet a minimum standard of quality, safety and compliance in order to exhibit. CIV event visitors come specifically to our events in order to only shop for the very best products, to the exclusion of the the rest. No non-member or interstate dealers will be allocated any exhibition space at the Association’s events. These changes are restricted to caravans, motorhomes, campervans, fifth wheelers and slide-ons. The Association rigorously upholds the rule of no factory direct sales of caravans in events; by developing a definition of dealer document.
