You will also be able to see the prices applicable to CIV or Intertstate Members, or Non-Member rates. Your membership must be fully paid at the time of booking, as well as at the time of exhibiting to recieve Member rates. The prices listed are charged per sqm with the addition of GST. Sites do not include any additions such as power, floor coverings, marquees, signage etc which is at your own expense - unless otherwise listed as part of the stated Shell Package.
Improvements & Adjustments
Our events are constantly improving and changing according to market requirements every year. Please note that the site map for events change each year, including site numbers. Please pay close attention to any changes/improvements by carefully studying the map here, as your site may have moved from previous years without notice. The site map, including site & feature area sizes and locations, may change at any time without notice, at any point.
Some updated changes from 2025 to the 2026 site maps include, but are not limited to the below:
Melbourne Leisurefest
- Relocated 4x4 Track, Main Stage, Kids Zone, Motorbike Stunt Show, Children's Carnival Rides and Food Court
- Brand new exhibitor sites: C12A next to the new Food Truck Court, B01 extended footprint, C36A new premium undercover site
Bendigo Leisurefest
- New consumer entrance gate at Gate 8
- New location of lower Food & Entertainment Zone to near Gate 11
- Relocation of A01 & C01 to a higher quality ground area/nicer grass cover
Geelong Leisurefest
- Removal of lower carpark exhibition space to include the entire footprint into one area
- Brand new sites A41 - A47 by Consumer Entrance Gate 2
- Additional free car parking spaces in adjacent car park
- Removal of inner track car park and entrance gate
- Additional aisle added into Field zone for greater traffic flow through all sites in a loop shape
- Some sites have been reshaped and redifined as required to account for imroved traffic flow, and reduced aisle width
- New Food & Entertainment Zone at end of Field for more attractions down the far end
- Food Zone moved to track side, adding additional exhibitor space in premium grass area next to bar Site B50
- Move of Kids Zone, making way for new site B43
