Map & Site Fees

Above is a link to the  Melbnourne Caravan & Camping Leisurefest, Bendigo Caravan & Camping Leisurefest and Geelong Caravan & Adventure Leisurefest site fees and map including site size. You will also be able to see the prices applicable attached to your exhibitor standing in the industry. The prices listed are charged per site sqm excluding GST and does not include the cost of marquees, power (if your site does not include) and/or flooring which is at your own expense. 

Adjustments

Please note that the site map for the event has changed from past years to make the flow of the event better for all and some venue upgrades. These changes include but not limited to:

Melbourne

Bendigo

- Following exhibitor feedback regarding flooring quality, we have reassigned sites to a location that offers better grounds conditions.
- Rearranged the consumer gates to create a central entry point, improving foot traffic flow across the entire show.

Geelong
