RV Master Accreditation Program

The RV Master Manufacturer Program represents a great leap forward for the recreational vehicle and caravan industry in Victoria. For the first time in the industry, we’re setting a ‘whole of business’ standard for RV Manufacturers.

By accrediting manufacturers who meet five key industry benchmark pillars, we aim to not only elevate customer confidence in accredited manufacturers, but also set, and continually raise, standards across the entire industry as manufacturers endeavour to meet and surpass expectations.

Businesses are evaluated by expert independant assessors on a rating scale to determine their comparative standard within the industry against five benchmark pillars:

• Business Systems
• Quality Management
• Human Resources
• Customer Service
• Compliance
