Caravan Industry Victoria (CIV) has been the driving force behind Victoria’s caravan and RV sector since 1952. From humble beginnings, we’ve grown into a leading industry body representing over 200 brands, hundreds of models, and a vast network of suppliers, retailers, and service providers.

Victoria is Australia’s manufacturing powerhouse—producing 90% of the nation’s caravans and hosting major component suppliers, including chassis, timber, aluminium, fibreglass, electronics, and alternative power innovators. Our role is to connect businesses, advocate for growth, and champion innovation across the industry.

Through education, advocacy, and consumer engagement, CIV strengthens the industry and builds trust with customers. We also operate six flagship consumer events annually, showcasing the best in caravanning and outdoor leisure. Caravanshow.com.au
