Please refer to the site map prior to selecting your three preferred sites on your application form. It is also important to specify size requirements, therefore if your preferred site/s cannot be allocated we can try to match the required size. 
Please review the site matrix to ensure the sites meet your requirements.

Booking Procedure

Site bookings from Caravan & Motorhome Exhibitors will only be accepted from the MANUFACTURER. NO applications will be accepted from caravan dealers. The purpose of this is to ensure that manufacturers of caravan and motorhome products take responsibility and confirm dealer(s) representing their products.

     - Each application must be complete and include a signed terms and conditions to be eligible.  
     - You may only apply once.
     - If you are successful in obtaining a site, a confirmation email and invoice will be forwarded to you.

Choosing Your Site 

1. Identify which product segment you belong to:

- Caravans
- Tent, Camper Trailers, Tent Trailers & Slide-Ons
- Motorhomes & Fifth Wheelers
- RV & Camping Accessories
- 4x4 / Vehicles / Boating
- Tourism
- Food & Wine

2. Select whether you prefer (and you fit the requirements) to exhibit INDOOR or OUTDOOR

If you select an indoor site you need to select either:      
- Space only site which comes equipped with a single 10amp power feed OR    
- Shell scheme site  which comprises of walls on the rear and side/sides of your site, a fascia sign with your name shown at the front/top of your site, two spotlights per 9sq. metres of space and a single 10amp power supply.

3. Refer to the Site Map and Site Fee Schedule in this Exhibitor Application Kit to identify the site size, location and price applicable to your preferences (ensure you add the cost of marquee and/or flooring if applicable extras)
If you select an outdoor site you need to decide if you require:    
- An undercover or an open-air site
-  Solid floor surface
-  Any inclusions you need.

Please take note of power inclusions on the site fees, as access to power is not available on all external sites. Outside areas are generally sold on a 'space only' basis. Unless specified by the Association (please refer to site fee costs for inclusions).
