Booking Procedure

According to CIV Membership rules, site bookings from caravan & motorhome exhibitors will only be accepted from a manufacturer, that is a CIV member. Applications will not be accepted from caravan dealers. The manufacturer must then confirm their dealer in the application. Retail and accessory products do not need to be CIV members or have dealers. However, priority site allocation is always given to CIV Members over non-members. 

• Each application must be complete and include a signed terms and conditions.  
• Please select your top three (3) choices of sites, and clearly list your space requirements (total square meters, including width and depth dimentions to fit your products). Please list any special requests or notes. Sites are available as outdoor caravan & RV sites, as well ass accessories and retail outdoor or indoor site, some including a Shell Package. 
• You may only apply once.
• Once your application has been completed, you will recieve an email that the application has been recieved. CIV will then select a site on your behalf from the available inventory, in accordance with the Allocation Priority Policy, on a specified date when applications cut off. CIV will always work with the exhibitor to find the best available site option according to your needs. However, your preferred site may not be available. Priority is given to CIV Members who have exhibited at the previous year's event first, followed by the other factors listed in the Allocation Priority Policy.
• Once CIV has successfully allocated you a site, a confirmation email and invoice will be forwarded to you. Your site is now booked and confirmed - Congratulations!
• Closer to the event you will recieve an Exhibitor Manual with detailed instructions on what to do, how to exhibit, and any frequently asked questions. 
• You must provide your public liability insurance and any structure documentation as well as payment invoices no later than 30 day before exhibiting.
