Employee of the Year Award

The Employee of the Year Award recognises the efforts and contributions of an employee in the Caravan Industry. 
As a single, overall category, nominations from all industry sectors are welcome - dealerships, manufacturers, retailers, suppliers etc.

CRITERIA AND ELIGIBILITY

The Employee of the Year Award will be presented annually to a permanent full or part time employee who are employed by Caravan Industry Victoria members.

Nominees will typically demonstrate the following qualities (which may include, but are not limited to):

    • Consistent excellence in performance and a strong contribution to their role or area of responsibility
    • A highly developed work ethic and positive professional attitude
    • A willingness to support and assist colleagues, contributing to a positive workplace culture
    • Demonstrated initiative, reliability, and accountability
    • Professional conduct that reflects well on their business and the industry
    • A commitment to continuous improvement, learning, or skill development

WHAT THE WINNER RECEIVES

The winner of the Employee of the Year Award will be recognised for their outstanding contribution and will receive a trophy and certificate.
Their name will also be placed on the honour board at the Caravan Industry Victoria head office.
